FOR TWO $250

For a smaller party, we have sourced Oakey Reserve Wagyu Scotch Fillets, from our friends at Vic's Meats. This scotch fillet with a marble score of 6+ hails from King Island in Tasmania. We are pairing this with a bottle of NOMAD shiraz from a Farr and, our famous pork fat potatoes with Romesco. Wagyu from the char grill and a bottle of wine from one of the country's most legendary producers, heaven.

This experience includes:

2 Oakey Reserve Scotch Fillets with Smoked Tomato and confit fennel salsa.

Pork fat potatoes with Romesco

1 x NOMAD shiraz from a Farr

Please note: For parties of more than 2 people, the experience will be charged at $125 per person. Bottle of wine per 2 people. For “odd” numbers a 375ml carafe (half bottle) will be served. (Offer valid for the month of June 2019 only, Lunch - Wednesday to Friday, Dinner - Monday to Friday.)

If you’re bringing in the whole team. We have put together a simple and delicious group dining experience. We are enjoy our banquet menu and all the wines in our Gilbert Family range, all at a simple fixed cost of $99 per head.
