For a smaller party, we have sourced Oakey Reserve Wagyu Scotch Fillets, from our friends at Vic's Meats. This scotch fillet with a marble score of 6+ hails from King Island in Tasmania. We are pairing this with a bottle of NOMAD shiraz from a Farr and, our famous pork fat potatoes with Romesco. Wagyu from the char grill and a bottle of wine from one of the country's most legendary producers, heaven.
